Hi, I’m David Matay, and today I am going to make the Grasshopper cocktail. So you’ll need a half ounce of white creme de cacao, half ounce of creme de menthe, and two ounces of cream, and I’ve got my martini glass chilled on ice and water here, because this drink is straight up. So half ounce and half ounce, I’m going to put it into my jigger, which is one ounce, pour that into my shaker, along with my two ounces of cream, and then I’m going to get some ice. Shake that up. My strainer, going to dump the water and ice in the martini and strain. There you go. The Grasshopper.
