Step 1 – Rim glass with lemon and sugar.

Step 2 – Add 1.5 oz of citrus vodka into cocktail shaker

Step 3 – Add 3/4 oz of lemon juice

Step 4 – Add 1/2 oz of orange liqueur Cointreau

Step 5 – Add 1/4 oz of simple syrup

Step 6 – Add some ice

Step 7 – Shake it

Step 8 – Strain into sugar rimed Glass

Step 9 – Garnish with lemon

Hello and welcome to “Bartender’s Choice”. Today we’ll be doing the Lemon Drop cocktail, most likely named after the lemon drop candy.And for this cocktail, you’ll need citrus vodka, Cointreau or triple sec, simple syrup, a lemon for lemon juice, and a lemon twist garnish.When we start making the cocktail, we want to make sure our martini glass is being chilled. We want to rim the glass with lemon and then we’re going to dip it in some sugar. We’re going to get our Boston shaker. We’ll start off with the citrus vodka, ounce and a half. And then three-quarters of an ounce lemon juice. Half an ounce of Cointreau. You can also use a triple sec. And then simple syrup is to taste. I do a fourth of an ounce. Get some ice. Gonna give it a good shake. Get our strainer. Glass. I’m going to add a lemon twist. And we’re going to express the lemon oils. Pull, twist.
